In golf, everything is connected: your technique, physique, mental strength, and the food you eat. And you don’t need to train like a pro; just focus on the basics, one step at a time.
After her years as a player, coach, CEO, marketing manager, coach, and mental coach, Jenny Hagman has compiled her reflections, experiences, tips, and advice for what she believes are the keys to succeeding in just that – becoming a strong, proud, and confident golfer who can reach exactly where you want with your golf. In the book, you will find:
- Basics of technical, physical, and mental training
- Several guest authors’ views on the technical basics of golf, your mental strength, and how to eat best before and during the round, including recipes.
- Training programs that help you put it all together into a method that you can take from the book straight to the golf course.
- The book is accompanied by a mental training program in the form of 4 audio files: Strong, Proud, and Confident – a mental training program for golfers.
