Use these large 11" x 17" colorful posters to help teens and young adults prepare for life beyond the classroom. Sixteen intermediate and advanced skills from Teaching Social Skills to Youth 2nd Edition have been selected to expand the classroom skill-building process with skills young people need to be successful in the community and in the job market. The posters can be laminated for durability and displayed wherever social skill instruction is taking place; in schools, youth shelters, detention centers, clinics or treatment facilities.
Interpersonal social skills are a component of the Boys Town Education Model. The Model emphasizes building relationships with students, teaching social skills, and reinforcement of positive behavior.
